Commission for Education

The CFE assists the educational administrator (School Principal) in setting policy and goals for our school. The CFE consists of Pastor, seven elected members (serving three-year terms) and the principal.
TIME COMMITMENT: Monthly meetings with seasonal subcommittee work.

Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

The PTO exists to promote a clearer understanding of the mutual educational responsibilities of parents and teachers associated with our parish school. The PTO holds 4-6 business meetings a year and sponsors some social! educational and fund raising events. Funds raised are used to supplement areas of need in the school, e.g. purchase of equipment, technology, teacher and instructional supplies, etc. Volunteers are needed to run for office annually and to coordinate the various events.

Technology Committee

Staying current in the ever changing always expanding field of technology is a challenge for many organizations and institutions. OLPH Church and School welcomes assistance from knowledgeable and experienced IT professionals and technicians in the parish to help us improve our network services and communication to the community.

Marketing & Development

The Marketing & Development Committee assists in preparing an annual comprehensive development plan for the school that includes communications and public relations, marketing, enrollment and retention, and development of financial resources. The committee prepares a communication plan that informs internal and external publics about the "good news" in the school. It also prepares and assists in the implementation of a student recruitment and retention program.
